connectors are an excellent choice for medium
power or signal applications, or for applications where weight
and/or possible mechanical abuse are considerations. This rugged
series is moulded of a durable high-insulation material that
cannot chip or dent, and may be mated while wet or underwater.
Circular and Low Profile formats are available, with male and
female connectors available in both bulkhead and in-line
configurations.
BIRNS Rubber Connectors

are simple, low-cost cable connectors for
basic applications. Proven and reliable, these connectors are made
of a durable elastomeric material that cannot chip or dent. They
mate with each other in the "in-line" mode, and with bulkhead
connectors in the Polymeric Series. This series is ideal for
light-to-medium power or signal applications, or for applications
where weight and/or magnetic signature are considerations.
Birns Polymeric Connectors can be utilised as mating pairs or as a
Bulkhead option to marry into the Rubber moulded series. Available
in various configurations and sizes these connectors have been in
service for over 30 years and have a long proven track record.
The Birns Millennium range of connectors offer a small diameter,
high density but very versatile connector that can house a
combination of components including Fibre optics, Coax, power and

Birns Inc. manufacture a range of Metal Shell connectors that will
withstand heavy duty workloads and severe ocean depths. Available
in four shell sizes and many contact configurations these
connectors can be terminated onto most cables or even in pressure
balanced oil filled (PBOF) cable assemblies.
Birns Inc. have produced the immensely popular Aquamate 55 Series
connectors that have become the industry standard for ROV
applications. These connectors can be manufactured on standard
cable or as an attachable connector for more complex cable
terminations. We also provide pressure balanced oil filled (PBOF)
cable assemblies for those complicated short cable run
